SEARCH: Once the strategy is in place, we leverage our knowledge and experience to find you the right property(ies) in the right market(s) through our extensive network and partnerships. Anyone can set up a search in the MLS, but that won’t cut it in today’s competitive market. You need a team behind you who knows where to find pocket listings, off-market deals, institutionally owned properties, etc.
EVALUATE: We help you evaluate your potential investment properties to better understand investing metrics like cash flow, Cap Rate, IRR, and overall ROI, leveraging our innovative in-house rental evaluation tools.
NEGOTIATE: We have negotiated thousands of real estate transactions and have several tactics to help ensure you get what you need from your purchase or sale. Our objective is to maximize your investment when purchasing and maximize your proceeds when selling while minimizing your stress, with some laughs along the way!
MANAGE: While we do not directly manage rental properties, we can connect you to quality property managers in the area and arm you with the right questions so you can evaluate your options and decide accordingly.
